On 17th March 2025 at 5:00pm, our Joseff Morgan will be delivering an online seminar (via MS Teams) on the use of Intermediaries, Lay Advocates and Cognitive Assessments in the Family Court, in light of the January 2025 Practice Guidance issued by the President of the Family Division.
The seminar will discuss recent case law, the newly published guidance and best practice for professionals in light of the same. The seminar is intended to last around 45 minutes, with time for questions at the end. Resources will be circulated prior to the seminar.
