Anna has a strong interest in NCDR (Non Court Dispute Resolution) and is currently focussing on this area.
Having many years of trial experience, Anna understands that court is often the correct arena for families to resolve matters, but, where safe to do so, facilitating families reaching their own conclusions regarding their future should be encouraged. Anna has delivered seminars on the Family Solutions Group and the âWhat About Me?â Report and is passionate about enabling families to make their own decisions about their futures when safe.
Anna is a qualified Family Mediator and is registered with the Family Mediation Council. She has co-established the Family Options Hub South Wales (https://familyoptionshub.com) which brings together qualified NCDR professionals in the region, and is a member of the working group of the Dispute Resolution Centre for Wales, set up to promote out of court solutions across Wales.
She offers Family Mediation in Chambers on a privately funded basis.
Mediation facilitates a dialogue between parties to resolve disputes in a non-confrontational fashion, providing a constructive resolution which assists parties and the children into the future. Non-court options are increasingly encouraged in order to reduce the conflict of family separation where court proceedings can polarise.
