Our members represent both prosecute and defend in cases brought by regulatory bodies and Executive Agencies.

Across a range of seniorities from junior to KC, we provide counsel with expertise in investigations and prosecutions brought by Natural Resources Wales, Health and Safety Executive, Companies House and Local Authorities involving Licensing, Environmental Health, Food Standards, Planning Enforcement, Consumer Regulations and Trading Standards.

Members of the team are routinely instructed to prosecute and defend in cases of a serious sexual nature including rape, the abuse of children and vulnerable individuals and, increasingly, cases where the allegations are of a historic nature.

Many of our barristers are specialist CPS RASSO [Rape and Serious Sexual offences] panel members and have considerable experience in dealing with vulnerable witnesses.
