Anisha accepted an offer of tenancy in chambers in September 2024, following the successful completion of her pupillage. She completed the first six of her pupillage under the supervision of Dafydd Paxton (Family) and completed the second six under the supervision of Thomas Stanway (Crime).

Anisha is a Grade 2 CPS agent.

Anisha accepts instructions in all of chambers’ practice areas.

Anisha achieved a Distinction in her master’s degree and a Very Competent on the Bar Training Course, for which she was awarded the Harmsworth Scholarship from the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple.

Anisha has participated in multiple mooting competitions, and was the winner of the Cardiff University Second Year Mooting Competition, as well as achieving Best Advocate in the Bar Training Course Mock Trial.

Anisha is a Grade 2 CPS Agent and accepts instructions in both the Magistrates Court and the Crown Court.

Anisha regularly appears in the Crown Court acting for both the prosecution and defence on matters such as committals for sentence, PTPH’s, appeals, and probation breaches.

Anisha also has experience of being instructed by local authorities.

Anisha accepts instructions in all areas of civil practice, and has particular experience in small claims hearings, including credit hire, road traffic accidents and possession proceedings. She also has experience in infant settlement approval hearings.

Anisha accepts instructions in all areas of family practice.

Anisha has experience of child arrangements proceedings and in particular has experience conducting decision hearings under the Pathfinder model.

Anisha also has experiencing conducting applications for non-molestation orders.
